Hermanos, I greet every one of you with respect. Since OPG has disbanded the Cadiz state has started to wear down. The repairs aren't as swift as they were before, and half offices look empty. While we were all united the OPG kept the base in pretty strict shape, but now I can see where will this thing lead.
Few days ago a mercenary docked on a base and demanded repairs like he's one of us, and to make it worse - he got em! Just like that.
I won't stand for things like that, and I won't stand for our prime assault base towards Bretonia is left ignored, unkept and running short of supplies. Appoint me under Cadiz commander and I will make sure that supplies are brought to Cadiz so our Hermanos can strike at Bretonia with haste!
