Dear sirs
I am contacting you directly having received a complaint from one of my guild members. It appears theat there are delays in the disbursement of funds to members of the Bounty Hunters Guild for kills achieved within Bretonian space. Whilst I can understand the pressures the government must be under, given the current conflicts that Bretonia is involved in, it is unacceptable that payment to members of the guild be delayed in such a manner.
Please can you ensure that full payment for posted bounties (or visual evidence of transfers if already made) are sent forthwith to the guild member BHG|The.Clown for the work he has undertaken within Bretonian space. He is reluctant to pursue any further work whilst he remains unpaid, a stand I fully support. I have no reason to believe he would be intentionally misleading us with respect to received payments. I link to the jobs he says he hasn't yet been paid for
The guild has always had excellent relations with the Bretonian government. It would be unwise, for both sides, should we allow these relations to deteriorate. I can be contacted either through this channel, or through my personal frequency.

It seems that the personally normally in charge of these payments has been too preoccupied as of late. I'll see what I can do to have your men paid, though it may take a few hours before I can send the funds.

Having just been in contact with my guildmember, The Clown, it appears that payment still hasn't been received, despite earlier assurances that the outstanding amounts would be transferred to his account! This is a seriously poor showing. I'm going to have to pay the man out of my own accounts, along with a hefty bonus for being so damned patient, just to make sure he doesn't go and throw in his lot with the damned corsairs!
Just get the man paid! And please forward evidence of the transfer to my office.
