Ryuku Base = Marie Celeste!

Igiss, please delete this post if you think it has spoilers.
I've just visited Ryuku Base in the ****** system, (nice addition!) and there's no-one there! It's deserted. No dealers, no-one in the bar, no missions, nothing for sale, nothing. The bar looks quite funny with nobody there. I helped myself to drinks. I had no repairs to make, so not sure if repairs are possible. It is possible to sell equipment though and buy it back. Maybe the modders can add something here.
Later I'll check out Tegaki's Base with someone friendly to Naval Forces, as it appears to be dockable.

I went to Ryuku once as DarkStar. I can confirm that the place is, in fact, compleatly empty. Due to obvious reasons, Tekagi's base wouldn't let me dock, and there is a force field in the way anyways.

They Blood Dragon base is a SP base only, the Arch and the system was meant to be built on by players, and that base was meant only to be used in SP like i said, but you could probably put some things on there, And you can't Dock with the Kusari Arch thing, its got a shield like Kane said.

The Arch is the home and fortress of th Shogun. It should be off-limits to civilians. Make The Arch undckable but Ryuku dockable, also add sme blood dragon, Kusari naval, and GC patrols.
