Mining question ? ( yes I have read the guide)

Im trying to Mine Niobium Ore in Tau37 and even though i have just worked very hard to get IMG ID and IFF, and im using mining lasers , I get like 1 piece per minute.

Is this the wrong place to be mining or something ? where else can you mine niobium ?

You're mining at the wrong place or didn't read how to get asteroid rocks to appear faster

There are tons of rocks, and im doing what was sugegsted to make them appear faster.
But almost none yeild any mineral.

Hm. Well, let's do it step by step.

Is your aff blinking IMG?
Is your ID regular IMG

Are you in the system where guide says that IMG gets a mining benefit
Are you far from the locations like bases / etc
Are you in new asteroid fields
Open map f6 and click "?" where your field is. See if that field even has ore. It is well known fact that some fields are vanilla drained.

Dont know- list only syas what minerals IMG gets benifited , but yes to that - its Niobium

Perhaps there are some fields further from the old fields. Dublin got few more fields. Maybe tau did too.
