Kronos Quartet and Kihmo Pohjonen Kluster

Hello there, I've got a problem I need some help with..

I'm looking for a concert with "Kronos Quartet and Kihmo Pohjonen Kluster". The name of the project/concert/record is "Uniko" and it was recorded in 2004.

And that's about all I've found so far..

I have sent mails to swedish television (who aired the concert recently), to the Kronos Quartet and to Kihmo Pohjonen but I haven't received any answer yet. I've searched google for any info or any place to buy the record but I have found nothing. I've also searched several torrent-sites to see if I could find the songs but nothing.

If anyone knows where to buy/dl the album/concert/songs it'd be much appreciated.
