Good Evening to the Chancellry, Honorary Millitary personel and my fellow citizens, this is Chanceller Kristy Samantha Pryde, I come to you tonight not as your leader, but as a fellow citizen of rheinland, for many weeks now we have Been at war with a Radical Group, calling themselves the Freedom Fighters, Since there begining, they have harrassed, killed, and injured or Allies in Britonia, and also in Liberty, Now I am Happy to announce that as of Last Saturday, the Freedom Fighter Radicals have been Destroyed. But this comes as no small relief to the familys of the Soldiers, civilians and Workers they killed on there rampage through Sirrus. There Defeat has marked a turrning point in the growing number of conflicts in Sirrus.

Several Weeks ago I was approached by the King Of Britonia, and was givin a proposal to attempt a joint Protection of the Omega systems between our two great House's. This protection would include Millitary patrols in the areas near tradelanes and jumpgates, and near the stations in our closest systems. I have learned that these patrols have made great strides in lowering the pirate problem and has save countless live in and around the jumpgates.

After the eighty year war between the GMG and Rheinland, our great house fell into a great depression, our equipment was poor our Morale was low. Then, as if it could not get any Worse, the Previous Chanceller Openly commits Warcrimes against Kusari, and Liberty, and then Disappears into the Abyss never to be seen again, and now I took it apon myself to rebuild Rheinland, to get Rid of the Tarnish put on by leaders past. So today i annouce the Making of a new balanced budget, that has allowed over 200 million credits be put back into the police and millitary budget, this will go twords paying back our depts, and paying our pilots there long overdue wages.

With the new budget come more expansion, I signed yesterday a bill that will allow for the construction of a new shipyard near Dortmaund Station, where Rheinlands new Breman class battleships will be built, to replace our terrible losses taken during wars past.

But with expansion comes new threats and enemys, with the Loom of the Phantom ever present, and the Growing tensions in the Taus, Rheinland is threatened to be pulled into the fray, before we can be ready for it. That is why Tommorrow, I will be dispatching a Diplomat to Kusari, hopefully to open peacefull relations, before the Tides of another war rise again.

As for they Hessians, and the Unioners, they will be ever present, but now they no longer fight for a cause, the Workers of the Alster shipyard will recieve full compinsation for all they lost. The Recent Anti-Pirate campains have provided fruit, the number of Hessian attacks has lowered while the number of convoys passing through Rheinland has increased.

This is not just a long and Boring speech, No there are Guest's here today, that without there help, none of this would be possible, If i Can I would Like Admiral Warmaker, Admiral Fire-Fly, Admiral Kreig, Captain Virus, Lt. Xeras Jade, Lt Fabius, and Lt Bravo-6 to please come up to the podium.

The First award I would like to present Is the Anti-Pirate Campain Ribbion, for all of them participated in its completion.



Next I would Like to Present the Gallands Cross to Virus, who was injured in a Attack by Unioners near Alster but was save by Alster's Medical personel.



To Warmaker and Kreig Gos the Iorn Cross, for there Leadership in the Defence of Rheinland against Multiple FF attacks.



And Finally to Lt's Jade, Fabius and Bravo, i present the Distinguished Service Ribbion, For the Defence of Rheinland, and the protection of its Convoys and Personel
