Borderlands Ships and Freelancer ID

Just wanted to check as I've recently seen that the admins really dont like it when you use a ship that isnt green for your character. I just got a Sabre (boarderworlds VHF) and loaded it with some Bundschuh weapons (luger A's I think) and I'm currently tagged as a Freelancer. My question is am I allowed to have the ship? Or the weapons? If not I'll turn round and sell em as soon as my ban gets lifted. Just want a clarification before someone goes and takes all my credits.

the borderwords line are civilian i'm pretty sure (except falcata)
but you probably do need to sell the Bundschuh guns or write some RP behind them.

Well I read that but I didnt see anything about the borderworlds ships, though I do see the whole Bundschuh part about weapons, so as soon as I get back online I'll see them at the nearist outpost.

don't be too sad about the bundschuh guns, they are the worst faction guns in the game more or less.

Boarderworld ships are counted as "outcast" ships as far as i know.

RP wise your allowed to use sabre and lower IF your working on neutral-friendly grounds with the outcast...

So say your a merc, then the second you hunt a rouge, lane hacker or outcast your technically OORP using that ship. UNLESS the rouge/hacker/outcast was a traitor to the mentioned faction...

No. Borderworlds ships are not Outcast ships, even if I personally believe the Falcata should be OC only.

Anyone can use them. As for the Bundschuh guns, you'd need to write some RP behind them.

outcasts use them, so do hessians and bundi's and they have nothing to do with outcasts.
freelancer NPC's fly borderword ships, zoners use the dromedary... yeah, they're a civilian line, you'll have no problem with them.

Sabre isn't just an Outcast ship. It is a boderworlds ship line.
Also you can find this ship at the Bundschuh & Red Hessians bases too.
So, I think you can use them, if you'll fly somewhere in Rheinland and be unfriendly with RM.
