Hello. Some of you Consortium folks migh know me as the "Freelancer-who-helped-escort-The Leonardo". Otherwise I don't think you people have heard of me.
Basically what I'm asking is this: Can I purchase a Conference Gunboat? The reason for this is that it would be the only gunboat that would allow me to travel throughout Sirius without... erm... complications. Also, if it means anything to you, I never accept contracts from Slavers or Freeport NFZ violators.
Although I'm pretty sure I will not be allowed to buy this exceptional piece of technology, I would still like to hear more than a "NO".

Exactly what do you mean by this statement? A Zoner ship isn't a sign of neutrality as much as it is the person flying it, how they act, and the ID and IFF they carry.
I need more information on this request.
I'll try to answer you... Lets see... Transporting crew members or friends to other people safely - Scientists to a FA member for example. Keep in mind that I will not transport prisoners or slaves to anyone.
Possibly transporting vital supplies (food, water, oxygen) to stations and/or people in need.
Hauling objects with scientific value to research stations and possibly museums from their discovery sites.
Maybe even doing some mapping of a particular system if a client requests that.
Basically, as you may see yourself, I need a hardy ship that has enough cargo and doesn't arise suspicion from my clients. I hope this explains some things.

My apologies Doc.Holliday, your message just came in. By complication I mean something like this: say I use a Kusari Explorer vessel and my contact is Bretonian. I don't want to have a possibility of losing a job just because I am flying a ship manufactured in the space of the nation that opposes Bretonia.
I know that a Zoner-manufactured ship doesn't gain one neutrality. It just seems to be the best choice if one wants to be as neutral to anyone as possible. Besides, the more important reason why I'd like to use this ship is because of its cargo hold and agility ratio.

Reviewing this transmission, I have to say if your intent is merely to avoid the absurdities of House-born polotics, then I see no problem, I'll pester Chairwoman Silvan over it in your favor in the meantime. I too must agree, as my first vessel I owned, of all ships, was a civilian-class Rheinland vessel. Got me many undesired problems in Liberty until I landed my Talon.
If the good Doctor Holiday or Miss Silvan contacts you otherwise, let me know, until then I believe I'll poke and prod them towards a final decision if I can.

Oh, this is still open? Anyways, I wasn't given a response via any comms, so I took it as a 'no'. If you can alter their final decision to a 'yes', it would be great, but do take your time if you need to.
