What about the Gaians? and populating that part of sirius (please read)

Hi there fellow freelancer players... :laugh:

I have my fair choice of characters in the RP 24/7 Server.. Of which 2 of them are gaian..

I was thinking the other day... (last month :D)

Where are all the Gaians in edinburgh and lewis???:unsure: I go to Omicron Gamma... and BAMM!:yahoo: there are like ALOT of corsairs there... and its constantly populated... So i thought... "why the heck are there so few gaians??" After all I love the Gaian Movement and their ideals appeal to me... however there are TOO few of them... I think mostly to the Fact that I MYSELF Feel that they are disadvantaged in Disco... I mean... They only have ONE of their own ship... And a couple of fairly good lasers... I'm not saying that is the problem... what I was also thinking... "THERE ARE NO GAIAN OFFICIAL FACTIONS" Sure there is NLH... But I mean?? WHO HAS EVER SEEN MORE THAN LIKE 2 OF THEM ONLINE EVER??? I have never even seen 1!! The only gaian player factions with slight officialness are those from ToG (Tears of Gaia) which I have met in the past.... BUT The Point is... If we are to populate that part of Sirius (edinburgh, leeds, etc.) more... I feel that we need more Gaians... NOT THE BAD KIND, (you know the ones that go: "Hi, all your monniez are belongs to mez.. 2 mil pl0x" ?), but the GOOD Kinds... The ones with RP... the ones that wont just attack your trader... the ones that will make the journey safer.. and more friendly... You know? :) So i was just thinking if maybe there were some ideas on maybe how we could increase the Influx of Good RP'ing gaians...:)

Events between the Gaians and another faction would likely "do the trick".

For example, maybe the Gaians could try to stop the terraforming of Atka. Of course the event itself would have to be co-ordinated with the Planetform guys.
Well, that's my suggestion.

Maybe is better this way. Less people, better RP because there are small chances for a lolcap to come and "kill" a nice RP talk.

Gaians are a bit difficult to RP and they don't have access to any good equipment (except that funny gunship) . Most of people see "green front" and they think "zomg greenpeace".

There is a faction forming in progress (or even working now, I'm not sure) but I haven't seen them mention their name here so I'm not going to write it. Just in case....

I recently created a unione corse. It's extremely fun. RPing a stealth fighter.. yup. But uh, i think all of the disco community should try to influence gallia. Although, the new /restart <faction> thing does get more trafic into it...
