A new rule?

Did this rule get made into 'law' or what? It was one of Jihad's long lost dreams and one of my theories. Gather evidence of why [person] does not deserve capship, warn first time, (or if offense is signifficant, skip warning) disallow cap usage.

I pulled this from a recent sanction. This is GREAT. I hope this new rule will bring a change on the stereotypes of "ALL INDIE BATTLESHIPS ARE NEBS"

Whats the status on this?

Consequences

1. Fined all credits & equipment from one of your ships.
2. Prohibited from using capital ships for a period of 30 days. If a gunboat, cruiser, or battleship is found in your account(s), the ship will be deleted. You have 3 days to sell your capital ship(s).

There is a lot more to a sanction that just what is posted in a final report ... We know why he has abused
his position, and if he had read the rules, so would the recipient of that edict.
Cam, remove the signature please, it is becoming more than a mild irritation for a lot of people now.
