To the Admiralty of the Order Primary Fleet,

How are you? How's the weather on Toledo?

I received a report from my OSI colleagues that they have contacted CoZ in order to ask for permission regarding the purchase of an Order vessel -- as per your request. This is most bizarre.
I recall that while I was still in the Council, we passed an agreement involving the purchase of Order ships. At present, the three main factions (TAZ, OSI, and ZTC) are no longer a part of that organization. I humbly ask that whatever deals were made with the Council of Zoners stay there. For example, we do not contact the Order Resistance movement in order to purchase your ships. This is not to say that CoZ is a bunch of violent rebels, but you get my point. The factions are no longer affiliated with CoZ or any of its diplomatic deals. I hope you understand.

Hum, we weren't aware of the "problems" between the differents factions of Zoners.

It's true, we have a deal with the ZTC. But the Order in a whole is allied with the Zoner as a whole too. Means, whatever the problems existing between you, we are friends with all the Zoners.

By the way, the request of this Zoner from the CoZ have been rejected. The ZTC have still the advantage over anyone else in purchasing Order Hathors. Don't worry, our alliance is still on activity.

Greetings;

As Admiral Kelt stated, we weren't aware of those issues within Council of Zoners, actually to be honest, we were aware, but lot's of things we had to take care of, our offices were swamped with paperwork and all kinds of aplications in last few weeks, and it seems we forgot about Zoner Alliance and it's future relations with Order or someone simply missplaced it.
I apologize in name of Order Primary Fleet for this mistake, and I assure you we will make sure it never happens again.

Also I would like to correct Admiral's Kelt minor mistake in his transmission.
We did approved for OSI member James Fletcher to use one of our O15A 'Nephthys' class fighters, but with approval of CoZ.
With this change within Zoners politics body that permission will have to be aquired from Zoner Alliance.

I will inform personally Mr. Fletcher about this issue, and I apologize once more for this missunderstanding.

This whole Zoner politics group and subgroup thing-ma-bob is rather annoying, isn't it? I apologize on behalf of my people for our inability to keep things simple.

Ever since the factions left CoZ, many people haven't been updated regarding the matter. Allow me to describe to you what the Zoner Alliance is:

It is, as the term implies, an alliance between the main factions which allows each faction to perform individual diplomacy. In the past, every agreement that passed in CoZ had to be adhered to by every faction. ZA allows factions to do diplomacy as they see fit without being tied to the rest of us.

In regards to Mr.Fletcher: He doesn't need ZA's approval.

Zoners Consortium is reviewing Captain Lee's request for the Juggernaut. We hope to get back to you in less than a week.
