In the dirty lower streets of Manhattan, in the heart of Liberty, decay and filth surrounded small offices that mostly house drunks and those who want to have offices cheap, one in particular belonged to the Sirius Cartel, a group of "Aggressive Buisnessmen" who take jobs for various...Clients, and they never fail to finish the Job.
The office was dim and yet unlike the outside looked lavish and comfortable, a large wood desk was near the back of the room, several folders and small trinkets resting on it's surface, the door leading into the room was wood with a translucent window in the front, the words " SC Corporation " in black letters upon the glass, the floor was carpeted with a fine fabric that felt very soft yet durable, several bookshelves with literature from all over Sirius could be seen, the Sirius Cartel Emblem was on the front of the desk, several tall lamps illuminated the room whiel small windows showed the busy yet dirty streets of Manhattan.
A Middle-aged man, sitting in a large rotating chair at the desk was reading a recent report on how the Cartel recently eliminated an Outcast who without authority took a Destroyer to the heart of Liberty Space and the field reports from the Family Members involved in it's destruction.
He had blonde hair which was somewhat long, going slightly past his shoulders but was tied to the back in a pony-tail like fashion, he wore a clean black buisnessuit, a blue Tie to go along with it, his shoes were of fine Outcast make, the Italian influences of the old Outcasts could be seen in them.
This was where people came when they had a problem, problems they could not solve themselves, Jobs the Sirius Cartel undertook for a...Fee..but they got results when nothing else could do...
