I read the red text and believe that I speak for the faction when I say that several of us have been trying to get in touch with NEXUS for some time now.
We are definitely still around; I know that I, Pilgrim, and 11of10 at least have been online since November. 11of10 and I specifically have been communicating with each other regarding the subject.
Since November? Only three? That isn't enough, sir. We're expecting a dramatic increase in activity over the next 28 days. I expect to see ships in the sky and messages in the dumps. Alive factions get noticed. We'll lay odds that if we polled thirty members right now none could remember the last time the saw an SU on scanners let alone interacted with one. So time to get the folks in gear. If you can't contact Nexus, then it is time to promote a new leader.

I just got a message from another disco member pointing me this way. Although the Slavers Union was my idea, I was never very good at administrating it. My RL makes me inconstant at best. As far as I am concerned this faction belongs to its current members more than it does me.
I had proposed the election of a new leader a while back, but I did not follow through on it. I strongly encourage the SU to find a more capable leader.
In the mean time I will re-install FL and see if my characters have avoided an inactivity wipe. If so I will play a bit to help the numbers for the short term. Otherwise anything I have left will be at the factions disposal.
If the band is actually getting back together I'll re-tag. We need a dedicated leader, and as much as I'd love to I just don't have the time. If the skype chat's still around, my new skype is

You do not decide when you are active enough, the Admin team does. Hiding behind a shared forum account does not hide the rudeness in your post. It is not appreciated. Not appreciated at all.
