I would like to make you aware that Liberty flagged vessels will be DENIED protection of the No Fire Zone while I am present due to repeated attacks by the Liberty Navy upon Zoner Vessels.

Depending on the situation, I may construe any activity other than passing on by as a hostile act.

If Admiral Hale responds in a diplomatic fashion to the incident that spawned this, then this declaration shall be reversed.

Well, I woke up this morning and I scan through the news... and I must say that I am not impressed. First, if the Liberty Navy attempted to ''Murder'' you, they'd have a good reason to do so. If not, well, I better hope that you have evidences of all this. As an independent Zoner, I dissaprove this restraining order and grant access to the Liberty Navy to Freeport 1 in case of emergency, as always. Really, is there more that could be said about this?
