Greetings Zoner Alliance;

I am here to speak to you on the behalf of Sebastien LaHoue, commander of the Freeport 18. As you probably already are aware of, the Commander of the Freeport 18 has bountied the actual head of Miss Tomoe for quite a large sum. While violence isn't the answer to everything, I need to point to you the reason why this has degenerated so much.

As you probably already know, Miss Tomoe created quite a fuss in Liberty, and even restricted access to Freeport 1 to innocent civilian corporations, MENACING TO OPEN FIRE AT THEM WITHIN THE NO FIRE ZONE. Such diplomatic incidents are unnaceptable as you may understand, and we wanted Miss Tomoe to learn a lesson and we deemed right to cause material damage to her so she would either calm down, or be unable to operate as she wished. Now, if you excuse me, permit me to quote the news of the Freeport 18:

Freeport 18 is victim of yet another scandal. Having bountied at first a Zoner for the destruction of his ship, he changed his initial offer into a bounty explicitly requesting the murder of a fellow Zoner.''We found it necessary to teach a lesson to this miss Tomoe. We thought the destruction of her vessel would deem fit as a consequence. Miss Tomoe, although, wanted to see Sebastien LaHoue dead. It simply was a measure of self defense to raise this bounty to such a high price. The actual security of the Freeport 18 isn't considered menaced, but security within the Freeport 18 was indeed raised.'', commented the Freeport 18's Press Relationist. We were unable to contact LaHoue himself to answer our questions. We promise you that we will watch this episode and bring you more news as they come.

As you can see, Miss Tomoe learned about the bounty quite rapidly and countered with a bounty on Sebastien LaHoue's head. Seeing that his life now was menaced, LaHoue raised the price of the bounty to ridiculous height so his life wouldn't be menaced anymore. He also promised that if Miss Tomoe would turn herself to the Liberty Authorities, he would remove the bounty on Miss Tomoe's (Literal) Head.

This is simply a case of Self-Defense. Never did we want to go this far in our menaces, but we have hundreds of civilians from all nationalities on board and we couldn't risk a second Freeport 7.

Now we learn a simple lesson here, ladies and gentlemen - don't post bounties on other human beings if you can't face the heat yourself. Violence begets violence.

You, sir, have no sympathy from me. As a Juggernaut Captain, I am ashamed to see that you endangered your passengers and crew by placing a bounty on an individual who had never attacked you. The fact that they responded with a bounty of their own should have been anticipated.

We are not trying to seek sympathy, we are explaining our motives. Oh, and trust me when I tell you that the Freeport's security isn't a trouble at all. We weren't hoping that you'd forgive us, not at all. The Freeport 18 always was an independent vessel and no other Zoners are responsible for it's acts but itself.
