(The pic on the site is kinda worng, and you'll see this ingame, if you were to activate it. The body appears all white in the pic, when its grey and red. Why the pic is inaccurate, I dunno, but activate it sometime [And please dont activate it with discovery, that will make loads of trouble ; ) and you'll see)
As you can see, this ship is an overhaul. If you download it, and open the model of the ship with Hard CMP, you will find that it uses custom turrets. (This is so the turrets actually rotate, and arent fixed to the ship.) IF it were to be added, it would be a major pain to make it balanced, as I mentioned, it uses custom turrets. (Maybe use up that last turret class that is un-used for these, if ya guys like it?) Its a master-piece in these terms, but the bad texturing makes it horrible (And that is why I am fixing it:)) Custom sounds as well, its a great ship and considered to be a battleship (Although the size proportions *may* be off, have to confirm this, and cannot at the moment)
Just a great ship in my opinion. (Credit for the model and everything in mod goes to their respective owners/modelers.) Heres the schematics:
For the first link, a Star Craft Battlecruiser would be neat, but dont think any models exist:(
Second link, Thes are from Star Blazers! YAY, Someone else likes it :D The Yamato (Actually, its called the Argo in the american version...), is the ship I posted up *Points up* and that too is from Star Blazers.
Yuri, I like the ship, but it looks completely unFreelancer-ish. Looks more like a human BS to me.
I am a long-absent Supreme Commander, Executive Commander, Grand Admiral, Fleet Admiral, and Captain in the mighty Hellfire Legion. I have returned, and am on an urgent mission from Drake Thastus to return the Legion to its former glory, and to claim the galaxy for its own. Only then will I be able to rest.
