Good day Sirius, news reports are coming in from informants within Turpis Heavy Industries that one of their resource recon vessels discovered the wreck of a massive barge near the edge of the Quebec system. From what information we have gathered the ship is named the Minos. Our sources say THI has been moving salvage crews to the wreck. The owner and crew of the barge, or how it got there is still unknown. Corporate leadership is attempting to coordinate an investigation with help from Liberty Naval forces in the area.
Up until now their response as been less than enthusiastic do to the war efforts. Liberty Naval Officials are considering letting a privet investigation team in with a light duty military escort as long as it is funded by THI completely. We will update the story as we get the information.
Today on Manhattan the first members of THI's investigation team began to gather in their briefing zone. Late last night Commodore Christina Robinson on board the Battleship Maryland gave the operation the green light.
