Even the most loyal nobles of Gallia have found themselves wondering - can a person that has been as exposed to Sirian corruption and decay be allowed to ascend to the Throne one day? After the protests culminated in a surge of propaganda posters calling for the Princess's death, His Majesty Louis V has decided to release an official statement.

"Of late, there have been many whispers of the legitimacy of Our daughter Aurelia's right to the throne. We implore you, Our loyal servants and Our esteemed citizens, Our honored warriors and Our peers; do not let doubt divide you. Trust in Us, and know that Council would have you fighting against yourselves while they band with true outsiders who mean you harm. We cannot allow Our people to be harmed in such a manner, and as such it is necessary for all who truly serve to be firm in their loyalty to Us and Our Crown.

By Our royal decree, speaking or committing to print any ill will or wishes of harm toward Prince Joseph or Crown Princess Aurelia shall be considered treason and punishable by death. Those misled into thinking that We do not love all of Our children have 12 hours to remove and dispose of any slanderous material from their property, after which point there will be no mercy. We also call upon all of Our loyal servants to remove such divisive and harmful material wherever they see it, and to report any conspiring against Our children, Our person, or Our crown to the local police headquarters. Dissent is what Council wants- to divide you and corrupt you. We cannot allow that to happen to Our loyal servants.
