There have been some recent additions to the admin conspiracy / tin foil hat brigade regarding certain people around here. This post is designed to clear things up.
The actual physical computer server, as everyone knows or should know, is no longer in Prague. It is in Denmark now. With that change in host location, the person who actually physically cares for and takes care of the physical needs of the server has also changed.
Arms & Legs Guy is the person who does that. His job title is server janitor. What that effectively means is that he has the abilities of a server administrator in dealing with physical issues, programming, checking for cheating, looking at all of the information on the server, and keeping the data straight on activity levels so we can all play the game - but he is NOT a server administrator in the same sense of the rest of us, as far as having to deal with sanctions and enforcing the in-game rules.
Net result is that it is possible that you will see A&Lguy test ships - sometimes 2 or 3 of them at a time - on the server. When he is doing this, he is checking out reported cheating and/or glitches that have been reported. He is not multi-boxing as we define it, so no need to contact us about that. And also, do NOT contact him about someone cursing in game - that's OUR job. He also does not have forum administrator or moderator rights, so he doesn't deal with things here - again, that's OUR job, not his. (By the same token, it's really, really not a good idea to irritate the guy that has a ping of less than 1 to the server, and can actually touch the power plug...)
