I can't seem to get past level 27 with open SP turned on. When I acess my player info it says that I have a mission to complete before I hit level 28, but, again, I'm playing in open SP, so I shouldn't have any mission req's, unless I am mistaken. Longest series of conjunctions ever! I'd like to be able to continue my anti-social behaviour and play open SP up until I can buy myself somethin' fancy...like a new Kusari battleship.
Could it have anything to do with the fact that I also have the speed mod running? And if so, is there a way to turn off one of two mods in FLMM and use the same saved game?
*cough* If I'm not mistaken, SP is hard coded to only let you get to lvl 27, then it just says complete mission forever. Get online!

I've been higher than level 27 in Open SP before, such as when I was being a doofus and cranked my starting cash up to 1.5 mill just to see what would happen. So, I know I can get passed 27, I just don't know if I can do it without just jumping my cash up with the ModMan. Also, I don't wanna!

Pah (yes i say pah), the real fun is online, where you have opponents that you can reliably predict ^.^ Plus there are few things as fun as wiping the floor with a BS squadron with a couple friends.

its a good idea for him to play open sp first, as he can learn the game faster. As for the 27 cap, just use a save editor to edit JUST rank;)I never enabled open SP, cause I wanted to play campain, but I editred my lvl to start at 40, and it kept going up to like 60-70 XD

if he has a save, he can then edit its rank:Pso, he just makes his open sp account to 40, and there ya go.
SPs rank works by missions, not wealth (Unlike MP), so youre stuck at the rank you start off in. So either start off with 500 mil, or edit your rank via save editor.
