The question is simple. Do you think that The_Joker character (thugs excluded) could improve, or have a good use of Terrorist ID? Just state yes or no or other if you feel like. But I would mind to keep your reasons for yourself to avoide possible flamefests.

This poll is not necessary. To get a terrorist ID, you follow the procedures to apply for one.
A poll or an attempt to make it a "get-it-via-trial-by-forum", will NOT in any way improve the chances for a successfull application. Probably the opposite will result, as it can be viewed as an attempt to circumvent the proper procedures.
