Ok, so heres the thing: These days more and more people use Omicron Minor as a trade route. And i have not a single clue how to react on this. I mean:
Omicron minor is home of The Order, its restricted area.
Entering will make it harder for us Order to survive cause we have to make sure you get out as well.
We have no idea if an nomad may infiltrate you, or if you dont have cameras on.
We have no idea if your a spy or not for an enemy.
Also, its our home. I think we deserve out privacy too.

The things i listened above is something i would assume.

Is there some sort of post, or rule what tells me what to do if some trader, freelancer, mercenary, etc comes in Omicron Minor? Cause i dont have a clue what to do here lol.

all in all the conclusion is that disco doesn't need antagonist factions, it doesn't need phantoms, it doesn't need nomads, it doesn't need coalition and it doesn't need many other things, no AIs, the game is hijacked by morons to confuse the game with their dickwaving generic competition games mixed up with troll-of-the-day.

I always make a point of keeping any non-order ID'd players 10k away from toledo, unless they're delivering to battleship Isis. Only zoner, order, or corsair ID'd traders are permitted to deliver goods directly to Isis, other factions can piss off.
It is necessary to give plenty of warning to players with other ID's before even thinking about opening fire though, just because server rules are borked and dont cover us much in that area. There needs to be plenty of RP before anyone gets shot at, and you have to explain very clearly that they are a threat to the order's operations and must remain at a minimum distance from Toledo or they will be fired upon.
Even then, you still have to obey server rules regarding ship class, if you're in a cruiser or larger ship, you cannot shoot at a trade vessel, get the fighters, bombers, or gunboats to do it.

Most traders with half a brain will obey our requests to keep distance from our homeworld, though. The system might be 'ours', but we have no real way of controlling the extremities - past the buffer zoner around toledo, we dont really have any power over who flies through the system.

Now, if anyone without an order ID enters Omicron 100... blast them to tiny little bits, regardless of ship type. The only exception I make is for simple misunderstandings about the system, or if it's our allies coming in, in which case I'll simply tell them to leave and if they refuse, then they get shot.

#1 Do you even know how Nomads work?
#2 Cameras? Really? Considering every ship in Sirius has guncams and/or a black box.

We have no idea if your a spy or not for an enemy.

A spy for which enemy exactly? The Liberty Navy? The BHG? The Nomads?

Nomads - Doesn't exactly work like that
BHG - They know where Minor is, and that entering it gets them shot, not really much else to spy on
Liberty Navy - Too concerned with a war, never enter Minor unless provoked

Also, its our home. I think we deserve out privacy too.

You're a Paramilitary organisation bent on defending Humanity from a hidden alien threat, and you're concerned about pirvacy? Like some passing trader is gonna peep through the window of your Geb and watch you shower?

Rules state hostile targets in Minor must be:

Carrying Nomads
Using Nomad Tech
Carrying allied pilots
A Pirate
A Terrorist
A Bounty Hunter
Das Wilde
Keeper/Nomad

# Can demand contraband from, and fine, any ship within Alaska, Omicron 100, Omicron Minor carrying human organs, artifacts, cardamine.
# Can demand the release of and either fine or destroy any vessel carrying or using allied pilots, nomad brains or nomad technology

@Valentine: If you get upset by useing the word "lol" in an oorp post. Then dont go to new york or pensylvenia.
