gaian invasion warships!

ok - just fooling around a little ( and taking up forum space ) - but i think its beneficial to present designs every now and then.

the above is a destroyer class vessel of small size.

the above is a cruiser class vessel

now these two are fun warships based on a mixture between gaian and BHG design. - it started out as an idea for a next generation BHG shipline - but gained too many gaian influences in the process. ( these things happen, when you re just modelling "mindlessly" )

these are of course not to be put in the game as regular ships in this shape or any altered shape - that should be crystal clear.

the cruiser follows vanilla lines by adding "stuff" to it. - so it adds a copy of the bulk section in a reversed manner - and six more engines - making it appear a lot heavier. oh - and it also gets an observation lounge - cause.... everyone loves observation lounges.

like i said, its just for fun - if they lost some of the gaian aspects, they could be placed into some shipyard of the BHG as prototype hulls - more to discover.


edit: oh - and of course, we all know that all that stands between gallia and the core systems are the valliant and brave gaians....
on a serious note - the ships i wish to replace in 4.86 are already uploaded, so there s not much to do - until balancing and bugfixing starts.

Those are neato, like always. Something like that could make for an interesting Gaian station, at least in theory...

And hey, there's always a need for a Yacht-like Gaian animal rescue ship. :ohmy:

Awesome ship and great concept. Once again Jinx you design another master piece. Let us pray it gets into Disco as the cruiser/destroyer Gaian ship.

If only that thing could be meshed so it has a huuuuge window in the middle all along the size of the ship. It would give it a scientific and research touch, basically making this thing something of a "mothership" for Gaians.

It would be a great unique like ship like emperor's yacht or monstars vessel, making it a great present for any gang that decides to revitalise Gaian faction.
