Admin Notice: Player hit with rotten turnip

Jerrico has been hit with a rotten turnip for breaking for following rule:

3.3 Out-of-character (OOC) chat must not be used in system or local chat. OOC communication in group or private chat between players will cease if one player requests it. Admins are free to communicate with any player at any time.

Don't use out of character chat in system. If you have to use OOC chat then send it by PM or use /l to talk to people in the local area.

Also note that the [Angels] are out of role play and have neutral IDs. The PVP rules don't really apply to them.

I wonder who reported the Person, because I didnt care about this. The Sanction is unnecessary, because I have even forgiven the Person. OOC or not, the Person who reported that probably didnt even talk to him.
