Beta testing costs game $$$. I spent loads recently. So I suggest those who can be trusted and have a free character slot create characters just for beta testing, and Igiss give them lots of $$$.

Rules might be something like:
1. Characters have [beta] or something before name.
2. No transfering anything (money, weapons etc) to other players or characters.
3. Proper characters ignore [beta] characters.

Abusing this results in complete character deletion.

I can delete a character to create a free slot. Any one else think this is a good idea?

Role-played characters:
daedalus - Liberty Navy
bandersnatch - Ruthless criminal possessed by a (huge) alien
Shredder - Small-time Kusari pirate, looking to join the Blood Dragons

"Bounty Hunters. We don't need that scum." - Admiral Piett

Not really.... Its much better to beta test when fighting other people. AND NOT BE IGNORED.

I am spending money to test. If you don't want to spend money, don't test.

If anyone spends money on actual tests, like Daedalus, I'm ready to compensate if it's needed. New equipment is expensive, and ships too, so there's nothing wrong in asking for compensation.

Strange, did I say that? But there will be some that don't want to spend money on testing. We all lose out then. (Of course there will be some that don't want to test at all).

Role-played characters:
daedalus - Liberty Navy
bandersnatch - Ruthless criminal possessed by a (huge) alien
Shredder - Small-time Kusari pirate, looking to join the Blood Dragons
