A man who was raised on Freeport 2 with the Zoners. Doctor Frank Ludwig is a favoured doctor on Freeport 2 for his outstanding loyalty he has given to Freeport 2.
At the age of 19 Frank left Freeport 2 and studied in Rheinland, he enrolled himself in a educational co-operation which allowed students to analyse radiation fields in great detail.
After 2 years passed and Frank had passed his Researching exam, he became more knowledgeable than any other Zoner at his age. At the age of 21 Frank left Rheinland and became a 3 Year student at Cambridge Research Station, here he investigated the theorys and facts about Sirius mysteries such as the Nomads.
Three years had passed and Franks brain was developing at a bizarre rate. He travelled to the heart of Bretonia to study combustion industry, he wanted this to prove to himself that he has the ability to change his fortune as well as changing his life in all elements of science.
Frank only just passed his exams by several marks, however he passed with honour. At the age of 24 Frank returned home and continued with his life. Impressed with his skills and the freedom of his imagination, the Zoner Council awarded Frank with $5,000,000 and the title of doctor. Frank, pleased with himself made a promise, to do his best for Sirius as well as providing it with Information.
17 years had passed and Doctor Ludwig still didnt have enough money to provide for a ship and crew for his wildest dream, a visit to Omicron Lota, at the doctors lack of freedom to be creative, he wrote a request to the Zoner Council regarding a grant which will allow him to be given a Zoner Exploration cruiser as well as a research team. To his astonishment the grant was accepted, Dr.Ludwig is now a captain of the Zoner Research Ship - Hermes The God of travel, messengers, trade, thievery, cunning wiles , language, writing, diplomacy, athletics, and animal husbandry.
