Foreign characters on forums.

Is it possible to allow the board to let people use foreign characters, like the "Ringel-S" from the german language and the " ' " on the various letters?

Could those be enabled, it's getting a bit confusing with all the "?" when it cannot display a certain letter.

Well, these are English only forums... I wouldn't think allowing foreign symbols would work because it will just cause more of a confusion with other languages.

Okay, example, though the worst one I can think of right now.

TBH Corsair message dump. My two characters speak Spanish (which i post translated aswell). The "special" characters (inverted exclamation mark, apostrophe on the vowls) won't show. Which kinda ruins it's effect.

My apologies. There's no way to fix this now, since forum database should have one encoding for all posts, past or future. By the way, do those characters work on other English-only forums? It might be worth checking somehow, but I doubt that I could enable them on Discovery GC.

2nd Edit: I tested it on vortexgc.com (which uses IPB 2.3.1) and it does work there
