V_Vast_V, RNC-Schleswig_Holstein have been sanctioned for:
Quote:5.6 Fleeing in combat counts as a PVP death. Fleeing is:
a) Docking with a jump gate, station or tradelane;
b) Moving more than 10km from the fight.
Quote:5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) until four hours have passed from the time of his/her destruction.
If the player respawns in the same system, he/she must leave the system within 10 minutes of his destruction without attacking anyone, except in self-defense. Other players are not allowed to attack one who is leaving.
Transports/Freighters/Liners which have been killed in a PvP fight may return to the system in which they were destroyed but only for purposes of moving through the system or for trade within that system. They may only act in a purely defensive manner. This exemption applies only to players who are in the system for the purposes of trading and does not apply to mining, piracy or any other activity.
Quote:6.2 Ship and equipment used must match tag and ID as closely as possible.
All characters using mismatched ID/Ship/Weapon combinations must possess either an Admin granted Terrorist ID or a Special Operative ID.
Consequences: So... lets go through what you did wrong first.
Your Rheinland Cruiser (RNC-Schleswig_Holstein) is involved in a fight near Alster shipyard with some Liberty forces. It docks. At this moment, you have fled the combat by docking and therefore you can't come back and attack.
So, in order to get around this you switched to your eagle, named V_Vast_V, which has a very shiny loadout of an Inferno, krakens and Wyrms and a freelancer ID combined with a rheinland military tag. Highly combat effective I'd say, except not allowed without permission from one of the official outcast factions. You don't have this permission.
You blew up while flying that eagle, then immediately switched back to your cruiser and fired at the very same people who had just forced you out of the combat in one way or another, not once, but twice...
Your cruiser got blown up in the ensuing combat. So you switch over to your eagle AGAIN, and re-engage near planet hamburg, where you get removed from combat a third time.
So... to sum up, three counts of re-engagement on two characters, and a massively oorp loadout on your eagle.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised
that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions
up to a ban.
