{--Five years Ago--}

Derilos climbed up to the bridge, The ladder was starting to show signs of rust but was just as sturdy as ever. Walking silently up to the communications sector, he started looking around for any messages. The plain light brown feel of the metal walls was boring but reassuring. Some wires were uncovered underneath the panels and were an obvious health hazard but Yhanu said she would get to it one day. In fact she was sitting in the only chair in the bridge sleeping. Typical, she worked hard on her inventions and that chair was the only thig she looked forward to when she was tired for the day. It has a few rips in it and didn't look top of the line, but it sure was comfortable as hell, even Derilos himself loved the thing. The floors was equally boring with some weird straight line design created just in case anyone spilled anything which wasn't likely as they had a strict "no eating on the bridge" policy, which was the only thing to be sure in this group. With monthly paychecks from a nice miner Derilos had tried to pirate a few months ago, they were paid by that miner weekly and usually in "just enough" amounts. Speak of the devil...a message from the miner himself.

Derilos: 'Well well well that old man is still as nosy as ever...Ah I got just the thing for him...' With haste Derilos wrote up a quick reply.

Hey old man.

Loo I need you to look around for a robotics factory for me. Hell even make one yourself if you want. I just need some robots if you have any. Preferably 200 or more can you do this? Let me know.

Secretly not caring,
High Charity

Derilos looked around more messages looking for; Derilos: '...what the hell? Why did Faust subscribe to Bunnies weekly? And Bunnies monthly? Bunnies R' Us? Where did he get all this? And, why..forget it. I'm not going to waste my time.' Derilos created a new folder and shoved all the emails he could about bunnies and things of that nature in the folder. Derilos ignored the fact for some reason the folder icon looked completely stuffed and had started crying and moved on. Derilos: 'Old...old...old...o-oh look at that.' It appeared as if one of his 'Workers' can contacted him finally. See Derilos was a plan early type of guy so while looking for new members to his own group, he looked for possible spies to help him in his job. He found few out of the applicants even thought they never really applied...look Derilos found them and asked if they said no they were killed but still....anyway with only three spies to work with, he was sure he was doing fine for now. Opening the file, he was eager to see what this specific spy had found and for good reason..

Derilos stood staring at the message. Derilos: 'How hard could it be to obtain? You'd think the size of it; forget it. If he wants time fine." Derilos typed up a quick reply to him. It went along the lines of "You got a week" or something but he didn't care he was pissed. Taking the ladder back down he tried his best to keep from waking Yhanu and with Hersin in the kitchen is was a sound trap waiting to happen, not saying he would die or anything. Realizing he was tired due to the time, Derilos headed off down the corridor to bedrooms to get some sleep. Derilos: 'It will only be a matter of time before he is caught...he better find it...and quick..'

{--11 hour time skip--}

Derilos woke groggy as he usually did. His bed wasn't the best and his room was something out of a prison cell. The bare walls, the near empty closet and the bare everything else, was something he resented. But it was better then most he assumed. Getting up lazily at first, then with more confidence, he made his way into the kitchen. He always wore his undershirt and some old pants he never usually wore except for when he was sleeping. His bio-mechanical arm was obvious but showed little as some of the metal plates did show near his shoulder but other then that it looked pretty normal. Besides, everyone here knew about it. Their initial responses where something he would laugh at for years to come but still, they acted as if it was normal at least. The arm was also a sign to Derilos. Disregarding the benefits it gave, he would never forget the cost he had to pay. No one was in the kitchen upon his arrival, so he decided to check and see what he could have to eat.

In the fridge was a shocking amount of almost no food, they would have to go looking for some which was the last thing he wanted to do. Grabbing some of what appeared to be breakfast, he turned around to a half sleeping Dere'l. Wearing her typical colorful clothing, she was always the light of he small group but as usual, her morning attitude was dull and void almost. Dere'l yawned: "Looking for food?" Derilos gave her a disgruntled smile.
Derilos: "Not much here...We should head out asap."
Dere'l rubbed her eyes, clearly irritated.
Dere'l: "We should be loaded what happened?"
Derilos allowed himself to smile a bit. "Who knows, come on it shouldn't take us long to find a food transport. Get changed. Your food is on the line."
Dere'l: "Yeah it always is."
Dere'l headed back to get changed, Faust and Yhanu were no where to be seen though. If Derilos could remember correctly, Yhanu was probably in her room thinking up some weird invention while Faust would be on the computer, or somewhere in the vicinity. Deciding to take a quick look for any mail, Derilos headed for the bridge.

Poking his head out, He saw Faust flicking through the computer. It was so typical of him, but he did have his reasons. Climbing up from the ladder Derilos made quick look to check and see if everything on the bridge was untampered with as Faust had a habit of trying to play star ship...without the star ship.
Faust: "I haven't touched anything mr.bunny."
Derilos: "You seem more calm then usual...everything alright?"
Faust: "Yeah, all these bunnies keep my attention for now.."
Derilos: "I see. May I?"
Faust: "NO! MY BUNNIES!"
Derilos laughed to himself, Faust on the other hand was clearly intended on saving his bunny rabbits.
Derilos: "No the bunnies, I need to get on the computer."
Faust: "Oh, you don't have to ask just kick me off next time. Just leave the bunnies please?"
Faust headed down probably going to look for breakfast.
Derilos called out to him as he headed down the ladder: "If I wanted to, those bunnies would have been gone last night. Trust me your bunnies are safe. Oh there is one thing you should know."
Derilos heard the door of the fridge open and knew it was too late.
Faust screamed as high as he could: "THERE'S NO FOOD!"
Derilos: "We know."
A voice was heard from the corridor that was muffled so it must have been Yhanu: "Shut up Faust! I'm busy keep it quiet!"
Derilos: "We are on it just chill Faust, you'll be fed."
Faust started to climb back up the ladder.
Faust: "I know but I hate being so hungry all the time."
Derilos opened up a new letter from the computer and read the continents.

Hey again Derilos!

Wow 200 you say? Ich might not be able to bring that...perhaps...I dunno, I have a distant cousin who works in a robotic construction place. I cannot remember the name of it though. He might be able to help you. I will talk to him and let you know mate.

Cheers,
Greg

Derilos let Faust back on the computered and headed down for the bridge. Dere'l was already dressed and waiting for him.
Dere'l: "Hurry up will you?"
Derilos: "I'm on it relax."
Running into his room. Derilos quickly changed into his clothes and pulled out his spacesuit. Trying to put it on while walking down the hallway. He was glad no one was around.
Derilos shouted to get Yhanu's attention. "Yhanu! Door!"
Yhanu: "What am I? Housekeeper?! Goddammit..."
A few seconds later Yhanu came out of her room looking stressed.
Derilos: "You look bad."
Yhanu: "Don't even start."
Wasting no time Derilos climbed into his corsair gunboat, with Dere'l already in her Arbiter. Yhanu activated the force field and opened the door. With the patience of a humming bird, they were off. Just another pirate group.
