I send this message from a base of yours, yet I'm no Hessian. My name is Kerrigan, covert boss of the Eclipse. Let me explain to you how I happen to broadcast from here.
My syndicate operates Sirius-wide. In exchange from tax-free passage and use of their bases, we provide different groups and individuals support against the Corsairs and supply of commodities. We employ smugglers and fighters exclusively for that purpose.
So here I was, fighting Corsairs in the Omegas. I sometimes go there alone both to hunt and train. I found myself out of nanos and my hull badly breached. I decided to abort my hunting and seek refuge in Omega-11 nearby.
I met two of your employees, by the names of Johannes Claus and Mike Stah (you can check them out), in front of Freital. They were obviously surprised to see my ship half-full of Corsair pilots and me docking out of their base. At first they were suspicious, but it went cooler once they knew my real goal for them. At that moment, a mercenary (I think, sent by the infamous corsairs) attacked them, and I found myself in the position of helping them. I lost my ship in the process, and nearly passed out. My escape pod was rescued and gently carried to Freital. I was hurt, but alive.
Now that you know the reason I'm broadcasting from Freital, I'd very much like to discuss a business proposition. My Syndicate is ready to provide you assistance against the Corsairs at anytime (and Omega 11 could use some help from my point of view), plus supply you with commodities at a low price. In return, we just want the right to use your bases (officially) and your products. Maybe we could also discuss technology in a near future.
I think I proved my loyalty enough. As for the Eclipse, we believe in what we call "profit for a cause". Smuggling is not just about making money, it's about knowing and trusting the ones you work with. Your cause seems legit to us. We want in.
Oh and, don't worry about my ship. It's not my main vessel anyway. I'll find a way to contact my employees and get out of your way. I enjoy Freital though, good view.

Well, now we know you're not a Corsair spy, unless their new strategy is to give away a horde of their youngest fliers over in return for a Hessian's trust. But I doubt that.
At any rate, Herr... Kerrigan. Our security is formidable enough to pick off most of these Corsair stragglers who try to move through Omega-11 all the time. Though I will not be the person to stop you if you want to help us contain those savages back in their little hell hole of a system, make no mistake - there will be no money in it, for we do not employ or pay mercenaries to do our job in our space for us, unlike those corporate Daumann dogs for example. No, we pay friends of the movement back by supporting them in times of need instead.
I'm far more interested in your other offer. While I am unsure at this time of how capable your organisation is when it comes to high danger large scale shipping, even the smallest contribution here results in the Omega front being moved closer and closer to Crete. As far as I am concerned, we need about as much H-fuel, light arms and engine components as you can get to us, in addition to counterfeit software for the purpose of keeping our neural net feeds up to date.
To this end I can easily notify all base commanders on the Omega front to allow you docking access for the purpose of trade or light security. Of course, we prefer to pay our contributors with the purest blood diamonds available to us. But I am sure that will be all right.
If you have any other arrangements in mind, I am willing to listen.
I was not suggesting Hessians couldn't defend themselves. And we are not mercenaries either, we just happen to fight a common fight. I assure you I was never expecting money from you. To the contrary, I'm sure this arrangement will benefit to both our organizations.
We are glad you liked our business proposition. And we find your terms very interesting. We are able to provide you with H-fuel, light arms and engine components on a regular basis indeed. Special and unique shipments can also be arranged. Rest assured our smugglers will never enter your space with empty hands.
However, we'd like more than blood diamonds in return. Our syndicate would be pleased to have a limited access to your bases when needed. I'm talking here about our fighters in the Omegas. Due to the quasi-permanent war against the Corsairs and the radiation in the nebulae, we sometimes need bases to refuel and take a break. I myself am a living proof of that need. We'll pay for these, of course.
If everything is clear, the Eclipse is ready to start today.

Well, considering that Freital base hangars are being constantly refitted to accommodate more ships, a couple of slots should be free there within a few days. I can easily assign them for your use with resupply privileges, as long as you confirm that you will not engage in hostile activities against any of our allies or protected organisations. That includes the IMG, who are frequently seen in Omega space and who sometimes even support us against the Corsair invaders. A similar rule applies to our other enemies. No support should be given to the Rheinland Military or any of the corrupt corporations that we fight against.
Those are the rules of operation. As long they are followed, there will be a spot on our bases for you and your men to land on.
We accept those rules with enthusiasm. In fact, we already met some of these IMG miners you mentioned, and even escorted one of them. As for the Rheinland Military, the only relation we do have with them is when they try to stop our smuggling operation.
I'm proud we so quickly came to an agreement. I hope we'll meet each other in person soon, Herr Hoerst.
I wish all the Hessians good luck out there. Fight the good fight.
Just to say we already brought two shipments of H-fuel and plutonium to your bases in Omega-11 and Omega-47 (Freital and Casablanca). Your brothers seemed pleased with our work.
Corsair activity was intense in the sector, and we nearly lost one of the shipments. Rest assured we'll be increasing our security to provide the best service.
Again, if you need extra or special shipments, just holler. It will be my last transmission until further developments.
