As an official Voice of the Colonial Republic, I have come here bearing a message of sympathy concerning recent events, as well as the intention of extending our hand in aid.
In light of the recent baffling and rather outrageous attack on your station, Freeport 10 which is, I am sure, an asset to you as much as it is a valuable trading partner to ourselves, the Colonial Republic wishes to express its extreme condemnation of such violent and unprovoked acts against anyone, especially a group such as the Zoners which has always went about the way of peace and the encouragement of it, as well as express our sincerest condolences for any material damage or, what's more of an impact, casualties.
Furthermore, we would like to offer any sort of assistance the Republic is able to provide.
We offer to help gain control over the extensive damage done to the station, help initiate repairs with on site machinery, utilize Integral Systems Engineering's Atlases to transport free relief supplies and, lastly, provide any of your distressed and assistance personnel free stay aboard Minato Harbor, Tau 44 or one of our many mobile assets until this ghastly situation improves.
Lastly, we feel that we'd need to address some possible growing concerns after this unprecedented act. We understand, and are relieved to hear, that the Zoners aren't intending to allow themselves to be drawn into a conflict against their will, and we offer our full diplomatic backing to ensure that peace in the region is kept to the maximum level, having the current and rather historical circumstances in the Taus in mind.
Although we are, as always, engaged in a large scale conflict with the Outcasts, which is sadly unavoidable, our chief goal is peace and stability in the region, which we hope does not deteriorate after this most unfortunate incident.
While these may all be words, we assure you that they will grow into actions rather quickly, and we hope to be able to assist you in any way we can, including the aforementioned measures and any others you might think of.
