The security in Rheinland is a hard objective to achieve; revolutionaries, pirates, and many other unlawful individuals plague the systems.

In the last weeks, despite the attempts to keep a few key systems secure, the progress has been below expected, and the security of Rheinland corporate vessels is being compromised. The patrol and escort pilots hired do not have the combat training to fight off some of these threats; it's because of that that a few months earlier Daumann began a project to enhance the security of the company and the rest of Rheinland, and today we are proud to present it, ready to operate.

Adler Private Security group, an investment project from Daumann Heavy Construction, led by the former Daumann Security Chief Wernfried Scholz, and hiring the best pilots in the sector, will ensure a definitive peace to the house, and the omega systems.

Former "High Commander" Scholz has proven himself as a highly capable person; able to arm a local defense fast, he is known for coordinating with the patrol and escort commanders the convoy to the bounty hunter base; the prosecution of Anton Beier, deserter known for transmitting information regarding Daumann activities.

These pilots not only are the best i n their fields, but will be using special equipment that will ensure a clear advantage on the field, a combination of the best pilots with the best equipment.
We await final clearance to begin operations, in the meantime, anyone seen threatening a Rheinland miner these last days should consider leaving house space and the omegas.

Thank you. The situation is harder and harder in Omega systems. Not everyone happy to the pactum between IMG and Daumann. There working more group and political force which want to break this. Together with the board of directors of Daumann corporation our standpoint, not an outsider force make decision about our agreement. I myself form a hard-hitting team from the best DHC- fighters and licensed mercenaries and some tough guy who already know the Omega systems. I hope we are capable crushing these forces what working against us.
Not a secret how who are they. Hessians, rogue IMGs who steal our raw materials and everyone who protect them, work them or just take contact with them. We already know who are they and because you suggested to Daumann already how can we handle them here, we will follow your advice. We will handle them as unlawfuls who broke rheinland law, and we hunt them too. We will be fast and hard. I hope we can co-operating with your peace keepers and they give us back-up when necessary.

This is a travesty. I quote for you the treaty:

2:Neather party shall hire, or in anyway employ mercenaries to unlawfully attack Daumann or IMG vessels.

Also, if we are counting these 'mercenaries' as a subsidiary of Daumann, then I also quote this:

1:Neither party shall approach within ten klicks (10 k) of another parties base

Why, pray I ask, do I bring this up? Because an attempt on my life by these hired guns was made not ten minutes ago. I was in the northern field on my mining ship, filling up a dromedary because I had little else to do. Then on my return to Freistadt, they showed up in IMG territory.



So Daumann has come to placing bounties, which I see no evidence of, on miners that have not worked their field for days. I have not been in the southern part of the system since that incident, where the Colonials made clear that they would not tolerate it. So what is the meaning of this? This trounces all over the treaty. I demand justice, and I decry this so-called "private security group" as a public menace if they are given a license to fly north and attack innocent miners!

I'm disappointed.

Really, truly, I am.

I gave APS the benefit of the doubt. I trusted APS not to screw up, and you couldn't even hold out for a day! I know that Zane is a bold-faced warmonger, or at least has been in the past, but you couldn't even let him do the instigating!

DHC violates the mercenary clause, and the clauses regarding territory, if they were behind this. APS, however, is not so lucky. They don't have any ability to deny this whatsoever. APS was illegally employed to target someone who was NOT blacklisted by any of the parties involved, across territorial boundaries, in the biggest clusterfrak of an opening I have ever seen.

As far as I'm concerned, it might as well be open season on APS. DHC should expect financial sanctions from CR for its incompetence. I, no, CR gave APS the benefit of the doubt. Looks like I shouldn't have expected any better.

If you really wanted to get at Mister Pruchniki, DHC, you ought to have waited and provided proof to CR of his further misdeeds. As it stands, you're going to get a spanking.

I did receive a communication from Vice-Admiral Kell. She asked me to foward it to you. Here it goes: "This is Vice-Admiral Kell.. I'm not from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, so i'll cut it short. Stravag mercenaries. You will know what it means to be hunted.. You will now what is fear, and by the ancient gods of old, you will know hell. The Omega 7 Treaty will not be messed with whatsoever."

Let the word be known: Open season on APS. You better hope for a good counter-argument.
