Welcome to WF&M's Neural Net and Data Storage. For those of you unsure what WF&M is, we are a Libertonian shipping and mining company. We operate only in Liberty and it's immediate borderworlds and transport and trade only legal goods. WF&M is unafilliated with any larger corporation or political organisation and we remain neutral with all such groups within Liberty's borders. WF&M is not, itself, a political group nor does it enjoy such recognition under Liberty Law.
What does this mean for all of you freelancers out there? Employment opportunities. Currently WF&M is hiring full and part time Freighter Captains, Miners, and Security Specialists. Our employees enjoy established routes, reasonable company loans, companionable convoys, and cordial relations with most groups in Liberty. Below are the quailifications needed for employment with WF&M as well as the responsibilities and benefits accorded to each position.
*The following only applies to full-time employees of WF&M*
###Freighter and or Miner###
Qualifications: Must be neutral with all groups within Liberty, including but not limited to Rogues, Hackers, Xenos, LPI, LSF, and LNS. Must be willing to wear a WF&M tag on thier ship. Must be willing to uphold company policies as explained on date of hiring. Responsibilities: Must uphold the name and policies of WF&M. Must transport, trade, and mine only legal Libertonian goods. Must only transport, trade, and mine within Liberty and the immediate borderworlds.
Must make at least one shipment of food, oxygen, pharmaceuticals, and or water to a Hacker base for every five runs. Benefits: May draw loans from the company with an intrest rate of 100k for every 500k withdrawn. Will be shown existing and profitable transport, trade, and mining routes. Will recieve protection from company name and Security Specialists. Will have access to companionable convoys.
###Security Specialist###
Qualifications: Must be neutral with all groups within Liberty, including but not limited to Rogues, Hackers, Xenos, LPI, LSF, and LNS. Must be willing to wear a WF&M tag on thier ship. Must be willing to uphold company policies as explained on date of hiring. Responsibilities: Must uphold the name and policies of WF&M. Must protect all WF&M ships from enemies foreign and domestic. May only engage ships that are threatening or attacking WF&M ships. Must only act within Liberty and the immediate borderworlds. Most fly only legal ships using legal equipment. Benefits: May draw loans from the company with an intrest rate of 100k for every 500k withdrawn. Will recieve a margin of 10% of all profits made from each miner/trader protected/route. Will recieve a bonus of no less than 100k for each succesful encounter with enemies where succesful is the safe retreat of the traders/miners.
Part-time employees are defined as employees who do not wear the WF&M tag and do not meet the high standards in dimplomacy required by full-time employees. They are protected under the auspices of WF&M only so long as they are in the immediate vicinity of a full-time employee and performing WF&M specific tasks. Part-time employees are expected to go where full-time employees do and perform the same tasks. Part-time employees can access company loans at an intrest of 200k for every 500k and to a maximum of two million. Part-time Security Specialists recieve 5% of profit/route for each trader/miner protected and recieve a bonus of 100k for each succesful hostile encounter.

WF&M is not responsible for damages and fines incurred by a pilots actions outside the scope of its charter. WF&M reserves the right to terminate employment for any and all reasons as specified by the First Captains.*

As of now WF&M nolonger ships directly to Rogue or Xeno bases. Diplomatic relations with those groups have degenerated to the point of them simply calling WF&M random and filthy names. Be on gaurd as both groups have promised special attentions to our shipping.
Also, WF&M has entered negotiations with an established security firm for added protection to it's shipping. At WF&M the well being of the worker, and his/her investment, is first in priority.
