I really do not like this guy. Why? He robbed me. Three times in a single hour. That's enough to piss off most people, right? So i'm putting a bounty on him, 2 million, either till he gets some manners, or pays me for those 4000 units of gold, which i doubt he will.

He's in a pirate ID'd ptrans without any IFF. I think he's armed with anti transport guns.... Type 2's?3's? I don't know, but they're the green ones. So a bomber would be your best bet for this assignment. All i need is a picture of his death, and those 2 million credits, plus my gratitude, will be yours.
