Problems after OS reinstall

So, I reinstalled my winXP recently and now my texts are oversized and windows overlapping, I'm sure someone already had that, how to fix it ? D:

I had it. I think the full reinstalling of the game helped. It happened to me when I reinstalled the windows, but not the game. I guess it has something to do with all the files the game stores in My Documents.
