I have monitored this vessel for several weeks now. It's clear what its purpose is, to provide shelter to pilots injured in combat. The only problem is that I know for a fact that the Captain of this vessel is also harboring known criminals. Well that wasn't going to be a problem until the Captain refused to hand them over to the appropriate authorities. And that damn Police Officer at the scene was too greedy to care, I have never witnessed such a remarkable show of corruption until now. Apparently, as long as that criminal-loving bastard is paying for the medical procedures everything is all fine and dandy.

Those same criminals are being let out on the streets again like wild animals, ready to plunge their teeth on another victim. Instead a certain individual could have delivered them to the prison hospital in Planet Houston where they would face a fair trial and then appropriately been dealt with.

But no, it seems we can't have that in Liberty for that would mean justice. I'm beginning to lose faith in my nation but I will not give up. And perhaps with the help of you, Freelancers and various Mercenaries, I might be able to restore my faith for Liberty!

1) You will first locate the vessel which carries the call-sign Red.Cross-Sacred.Heart

2) When you find this malcontent you will investigate exactly who of the patients on board his vessel are aligned to any criminal or terrorist organization. You can look for various gangs, clan-marks or tattoos and things like cardamine inhalers. When you have identified them and there are at least 50 of them on board his ship you will demand them to be transfered to your own vessel. If he fails to comply you will force him through any means necessary, make sure he knows that they will be transfered to a proper detention hospital and will not be purposefully harmed.

3) Once you have secured all the criminals in your hold you are to transport them to Planet Houston.

For all the steps mentioned you are to provide proof. Meaning evidence of your encounter with the vessel, evidence of you acquiring the criminals and finally evidence of you dropping them off at Planet Houston.

Note: You must be able to carry the cargo which you take from the vessel or else you will not be payed!

If you manage to accomplish all three steps you will receive a reward of 40,000,000$ credits.

Special notes: The Red.Cross-Sacred.Heart is a Prison Liner.

Dear people of Liberty,

as by law I think I'm allowed to make a testimony myself on this matter and will use this chance.

First off all I want you to know that this bounty on my vessel has been placed by a LPI officer (reserve fleet) that barely cared about humanitary but just for his own statistics. While this officer, his name is Travis Tyme by the way, scanned our vessel at Manhattan's orbit he forced us a couple of times, accompanied by his wingman, to turn over all patients with criminal background we've got aboard at this particular time.

I've tried to tell those two officers a couple of times that we're acting as granted by the local laws to cure injured and sick pilots that will be brought to us by all vessels coming to transfer them.
Those try to explain the meaning of the 'Sacred Heart' was never accepted by those two men.

No, we've been accused to be some kind of hide out for criminals that would be turned over to their fellows after they were treated at our own costs. Besides that, one of those two pilots left the scenery after a member of the LPI primary fleet arrived with a pretty misplaced offense in our direction. (Marked green on comm log)
While our scanners were not detailled enough to read out the ID by officer Tyme's vessel we've managed to get his transponder signal, also known as IFF. (Marked red on comm log)

I'm in no way connected to these aforementioned Liberty Police Officers, although I agree with their views on the matter.

I'm also very curious to know how you managed to access this transmission, but regardless, please do not assume the truth out of this lying scumbag. Misplaced information and propaganda is all there is to it.
