What's the criteria for winning?
Basically this. The best piece of in-character chat uttered in game. It can be humorous, or sad, a creatively phrased insult, a description of someone's lunch. Anything.
So it has to be my own dialogue?
No, not necessarily.
If you hear (i.e. read) something that impressed you, by all means enter it.
Can a long exchange of conversation be nominated for a prize?
No. The competition is for a single piece of dialogue. By which we mean, the content of what a character says in one piece of transmitted chat. It can be said in group or privately, in system or local.
What are the prizes?
The number and type of prizes depends on the quality and quanitity of the entries. The available prize fund is substantial.
Who is the recipient of the "prize"? the poster? or the person who said something in system chat that was noticed by the "poster"?
Both are eligible for the prize.

Describe the circumstances if you think it is necessary.
Quote the line of dialogue and name the character saying it.
Explain why you think the line of dialogue deserves a prize.
Provide a link to the screenshot - don't post images.
Who are the judges?
The moderators and administrators will judge the competition.
When does the competition close?
Tentatively, four weeks, depending on the scale of the response.
