Two; I hope you aren't planning on competing with AW. We will attack you if you try to take any jobs we want. Also other bounty hunters and mercs are still not allowed in our territory. For obvious reasons.
Uh, did you not notice how the AW don't exactly get much mercianry-ing done? Why go off and try to best them at their own game, for a market that dosn't exactly exist!? What threats did I give? All I have said about this issue is that pirates and other mercs not part of us will be shot at after getting a warning to leave our territory. Something your people have been ignoring btw. They are not allowed in AW territory, especially Omicron Alpha and Gamma, they have been sitting at Crete.
Well, Crete seems a right place to put a pirate base. Given that it is the corsairs homeworld. But if you are going to make a faction, you cannot select Crete as homeworld, because the system is controlled by AW:
As Igiss said, factions CANNNOT restrict access to their systems unless they are on war with that faction. What we can do is fire on them if we find them in AW space (after asking them to leave).
---As i told before, when i play with an [AW] Char, i will enforce the law on AW space. AW does not allow piracy upon PC's by other PC's. So, as a part of my role, i will fire on any pirates i found (that is, after giving the leave order).
---When i play with my [Phantom] char, im supposed to be a pirate, so i will help other pirates, ask money/cargo all that. Because im ROLEPLAYING a pirate.

Yes well im still thinking bout being a Pirate or being a Merc or even join a faction im Not sure bout anything in this game cause the Conseqenses are always bigger than what u get out of the action u just made ARGH :wacko:
Leading a faction is always a tough role. You have to get everyone organized, be ready to help your members with ships/money/locations/etc. , AND you have to decide who your with/against and what happens after you declare hostilities.
It's no little thing you can keep trying at untill you find an easy way. Why? There is no easy way. You just have to grit your teeth and deal with whatever comes yoru way. It also helps to settel on what your clan IS before announcing your intentions.

Well, if we catch you in SF space, and your cargo is of illegal stuff (artifacts, stuff like that), we'll either 1) ask you to surrender your cargo or we'll open fire or 2) Open fire outright.
Also, if we catch you priating in SF space, we'll likely open fire. But that's up to Lance here.. he sets the rule
