Greetings great Outcasts.

My name is Isaac Stone; I am a Junker of the Junker's Congress who frequently supplies Valetta Shipyard with scrap metal. I also take your special commodity back to the houses.
Our relationship is profitable for us both, however I need to ask a favour. My route to Omicron Alpha is frequented by less than desirable people, who often try to stop me. If I am to continue to supply Valetta I would like to ask that you grant me the use of four Outcast gunboat turrets for my Salvage Frigate. Basic gunboat turrets lack the power I need and the Zoners will not grant me any of their turrets because I am almost unknown to them.

So please consider my request and hopefully approve it.

I'm going to forward this to the Council shortly. But, two things.

First, what route do you take? The Barrier Pass, through Coronado; Bretonia, through Magellan and Leeds; or the Yanagi run through the Sigmas?

Second, we've had a lot of people asking for our equipment, and with... certain plans we have, we can't afford to spare Tridente equipment for just anyone. A ranking Congress member confirming your deliveries and experience would go a long way toward helping your case.

After some discussion with the Zoners, it seems that I am eligible to use their technology. If negotiations fall through I will have to call on you.

May run takes me through the Sigmas and Omicron Beta, where on occasion the Corsairs take interest in my activities.

As for proof of my deliveries I'm sure Deputy Arbiter James Trenton can vouch for me (although he doesn't always check his comms).

Even if I do not require your equipment (because the Zoners grant me what I need), I am grateful for your consideration.
