My name is Dirc alco, captain of the img trader IMG|ketel1[T]

Today my vessel was stopped by an employer of you named [KNF-K] Ryusei, and he told me i don't have the right papers to transfer mox through your system to orkney, in wich we have an IMG base.
I tryed to convince him everything is allright and documentated since we work closely with the colonial republic.

Your employee told me it would cost 25 mil to get a license for this mox, is that true?

Can you give me some intel about it, since we are almost hauling ore/mox through kusari without any problems until now.

If indeed my papers are wrong, truthfully i am a little concerned about it, i would like to buy two of those licenses.
One for me and One for my close friend on the =CR=Maasdam[ISE], and that its got a proper notice in your papers.
