Forum status - an update

[Cannon]

We've just moved the forum onto the old game server. The DNS is in the process of updating and this will take a day or two change everywhere. You might have some trouble accessing the site but with luck (and cpu cycles) the days of 'max connection' errors should be over.

A number of things will not work properly for the next few days but we should get these fixed soon. These include:
- file upload
- email notifications
