There is still Helium, Oxygen and Water about which can be mined in gaseous or liquid form. Helium does exist outside of Penny!
[Edit] Oh, and GMG also gets bonuses for sucking in alien organisms floating in freespace. Probably their most profitable venture.

I was thinking about some real gases. Profitable onces. Alien Organisms are sold well on California Minor, but I doubt GMG do aliens. Or would the LN allow them to?

Your point is well taken. A few Neon, Helium... maybe even a spot where alien organisms churn out terraforming gases vaccuum by the GMG? Unrefined deuterium pockets? (could count as a gas-based ore, since deuterium is basically heavy hydrogen... usually gaseous)
