I have a...proposal for you. My pilots have given me as much information as they could on your system, Tau-23, information which leads me down a different path than I originally intended.

Because I would rather make enemies later, instead of now, I am offering you a pact, that you would do well to read carefully.

We, the Legion des Damnes, will not pirate any Independent Miners Guild ID-ed ships, in exchange for:

1. A disclosed amount of credits sent to the Legion every month.

2. Free passage through the Tau systems, including no questions asked on cargo transported by Legion ships.

3. No preventing pirating done by Legionnaire ships(exceptions are if those ships belong to close allies of the IMG)

4. The Colonial Remnant (=CR=) urged by IMG leaders to respect agreement #3. as well.
