After a significant loss at the betrayal of a Kusari task force... where they cut into the Havana with its weapons peace bonded, under a flag of truce... we were crippled, decimated, and left to limp away on thrusters putting out fires and fighting valiantly to hold the ship together in the face of such destruction that has been wrought...

I must request that we put into your ship yards, the closest to the site of our defeat, and affix significant repairs to our damaged systems, rebuilding some of the shattered decks of our proud starship.

We request your current position.

We have no problems completing repairs to the Havana, however we wish to clear your combat personnel to an appropriate location before the Havana reaches our shipyards.

We suspect that many will be wounded, so we will be treating them on various Order bases nearby.


Commander Jayce Brooks,

We assume your position is close by to the Havana.

We can complete on the fly repairs to your ship and guide you into the safety of our territory, however, we can only repair one SCRA vessel at a time, due to the limitation of our resources. We suspect the Havana is higher in priority to repair than the Vasily Badanov, and as such have put it first. Please advise us if this is not the case.

Also, we request to clear your combat personnel from the ship prior to repairs to the Vasily Badanov at our shipyard. As stated, we suspect many will be wounded, so we will be treating their injuries at appropriate Order bases nearby.
