Archive news - the first promotion and awards ceremony 818 A.S. 07. 17.

The promotees in front of you are the first of many that will advance their careers within the Westliche Rheinland Flotte as I serve as Chief. They are in essence the future leadership of this Heresgruppe. These individuals are not here because they passed a particular, written test. They are here because they already proved, they are those pilots who can stand in the most dangerous situations. If I look hard enough, I am certain that I can find a mistake that they committed or a call for service that they could have handled differently, but it would be wrong to judge the totality of their careers by singular incidents. An evaluation of their careers in conjunction with their scores has earned them an opportunity to advance in their careers. Learning from our mistakes makes us all better at what we do.

Almost all in our Heeresgruppe's support fighter wings have one-one pilot who showed his extraordenary skills. All they led their men into the battles bravery, showed combat heroism during their military service. Laura Schoon promoted to Zugsfuhrer, Andreas Reisiger to Patrouillenfuhrer and Walter Steiner to Unterjager rank.

On this day we give some medal too. Our pilots gave back-up for the Central Forces some days ago, they helped in a Strike Operation against Liberty Forces in Texas system. Sadly this mission failed but our pilots showed to the enemy they will have hard job, if they face with us within Rheinland territory. Enough if I note some number. Until we lost two rookie from the six pilot, the Task Force of Central Forces completely destroyed, only a Gefreiter survived. For this, I give the returned pilots the War Merit Cross 2nd Class what is awarded for bravery in combat against the enemy.

Two of our pilot was especially efefctive in destruction the criminals, they killed or captured more than 25 ship, for it they get the General Assault Badge 4th class.

To the promotees I say that I used the word opportunity because now you have a chance to show me and this community that you can supervise and lead your subordinates in providing the military service that makes the quality of life better for the residents and visitors of Stuttgart system. This will require mentoring and teaching while holding
yourselves accountable for those you supervise and manage.

To the family, I thank you for sharing your loved one with us. Your understanding when these officers must report to work at a time when there is an event or holiday goes a long way to their success. Without your support the stress of the promotional process would have been much harder to bear and in some cases the promotion would not have been attainable.

To the community I ask that you support these promotees and maintain an active role with your police department. I would like to thank my staff for their effort in making this ceremony possible.

Archive news - the second WRF awards and promotions ceremony 818 A.S. 08. 28.

Ladies and Gentlemen, the ceremony will begin, please rise for the official party.

Welcome to West Rheinland Fleet Support Fighter WingsPromotion and Awards Ceremony where we recognize the passing of the inductees into the ranks of the time-honored Rheinland Military Comissioned and Noncommissioned Officer Corps. The tradition of commemorating the passing of a Soldier to a noncommissioned officer can be traced to the Army of Fredrick the Great. Before one could be recognized in the full status of a NCO, he was required to stand four watches, one every four days. At the first watch the private Soldiers appeared and claimed a gift of bread and brandy. The company NCOs came to the second watch for beer and tobacco, and the First Sergeant reserved his visit for the third watch, when he was presented with a glass of wine and a piece of tobacco on a tin plate. Today, we commemorate this rite of passage as a celebration of the newly promoted joining the ranks of a professional noncommissioned officer corps, and emphasize and build on the pride we all share as members of such an elite corps. We also serve to honor the memory of those men and women of the NCO Corps who have served with pride and distinction. Today, we remember some of our own, some whose courage should not go unremembered.

Andreas Reisiger
Gerd Muller
Steven Axt
Timo Karlheinz
Walter Steiner

These pilot of WRF support fighter wings distinguished themselves by conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity above and beyond the call of duty in action against the enemy. All we know our enemies time to time outnumbered and outguned our forces. These pilots dont saw the numbers and the chances for winning or survive, they was just ready sacrificing all for Vaterland. They faced with numerous capital ship in Omega systems and Liberty border riding with Wraiths and they brought their ship back home after they destroyed the enemy forces. All of them deserve a 2nd class Iron Cross.

The Oberkommando des WRF give the 1st class Iron Cross for Herr Steiner, his indomitable courage, superb leadership, and gallant self-sacrifice reflect the highest credit upon himself the military service. In these heroic stands he led our pilots into the enemy crossfire and brought back them home in one piece. During his excellent service he shot down or captured numerous enemy ship, for it he also get the General Assault Badge for 75 killed or captured ship. The OdWRF promote him to leutnant and appointment of leader of Alpha Wing and he got the Alpha-1 code name.

We have another pilot who deserved the promotion. The former leader of Deltas, Patrouillenfuhrer Reisiger promoted to Unterjager rank. He collect enough credit and showed good skills for leading others so in time he will lead officially the Delta group.

We are pleased to announce, the WRF set to service the first gunboat, we hope this give a good back up for our fighters. This vessel - name [WRF]RNC-Heidenheim - start his patrols on the following days.

Some personal changes happen too. From our forces some pilots replaced into the Central Forces. We want to thank them their service in the West Rheinland Fleet and we wish them good luck for their new duty. The following pilots leave us:

Jager Mike Wolf Delta Wing-2
Jager Dominik Taevas Delta Wing-3
Jager Frank Lutz Delta Wing-4
Jager Alfred Freiherr Epsilon Wing-1
Jager Ferdinand Wulf Epsilon Wing-2
Jager Franz Ulmen Epsilon Wing-3
Jager Jan Schubert Iota Wing-3
Jager Mia Hamsen Iota Wing-4

Jager Kal Skirata Epsilon Wing-4 renamed to Iota-5, Andreas Reisiger join to the Iota Wing too.

West Rheinland Fleet realized the necessities of the war with Liberty and we expand our Patrol Area over New Berlin, we send some wings into Hamburg system too more often, giving help to the Rheinwehr. If we want more back-up from Central Forces we must take out our part from the war. We represented there until now but only with some volunteer pilots. From now we will be there with higher power.

In view of these qualities and their demonstrated leadership potential and dedicated service to the Fleet, they showed a good sample of the Military Service. Our civilians can feel themsleves in safety if one of our fly close to them. As we conclude today'€™s ceremony we ask you to greet our newest inductees, and join us in welcoming them to the Fleet. Please rise for the exit of the official party.

First we can congratulation to Laura Schoon from Iota Wing. He promoted from non-comissioned officer to officer. He promoted to leutnant rank. On this month he showed his extraordinary skill and showed us great example what can a WRF pilot make a bomber. She was under attack by 4 hessian pilot in same time in Omega 11 system, but she vaporized 3 and the 4th withdrawed with a badly damaged ship. For this action she get a Silver Bomber Medal.

She not the only one who awarded with a medal, Iota Wing's other pilot made a great winning during a fight against libertonian forces in Hamburg system. Liberty Navy's head, Admiral David Halle was there personally, with heavy protection, but our pilot not counted the elite bodyguard, just break through the defence and shot out Halle's ship. Sadly the admiral saved by his guards, but for this great action an Iron Cross 1st class and a promotion awarded to Zugsfuhrer Reisiger
