You also need to specify whom can take the bounty. IDs don't count, you need the names of the player factions, player groups, and independent players who can claim it.

So I've just gone and refreshed my memory with regards to the Bounty Rules. I suggest that you now read over this and fix this thread up in regards to the points. We would also like you to post some form of background and evidence in regards to why this bounty is necessary. You are also reminded that no bounty is anonymous, you will need to provide a character reference ie: name of the character that is placing this bounty.

You are also being watched in regards to:

10. Any player abusing the bounty system to drive players off the server or to further out-of-roleplay conflicts will face consequences for disrupting play.

As there was no evidence given. This thread is now locked until you PM me stating that everything has been fixed and I have checked over it.

The only problem is that, unless you specify more exact targets, I cannot assist you on this mater. As a corsair, I cannot fly to the nearest zoner base and start killing. It would cause a lot of trouble, possibly a war and get me hated by both sides. I'd like you to pinpoint targets and I will see they are taken care of. I'm sure a few subtle and isolated cases wouldn't stir things badly but the risk that comes with an open assault is far too high, especially for these amounts of credits. Señor Xanthias. A thin past with the Zoners, but still wishes to eliminate the cancer of Sirius for a dime or two. I can live with that, which means you are more than accepted to participate in this bounty.

Now for the second hand at matter. Alka Nica. I'm happy to ensure you that there are no precise targets. Every Zoner is a target. Every single one, at every time of day, in every location of Sirius. If you think hunting down the Zoners is a bad idea, then why bother? But just to give you a small word of advice. The Zoners can't do anything, their only weapon is neutrality. What, you shot them, so they will deny docking rights on any Freeport? I thought the Corsairs were more hardened by living in the Omicrons for such a long time.

I do not care for which person hunts down the Zoners. Pretty much anyone is accepted to claim these bounties, so consider yourself accepted as well, Corsair.
