Good day mr. Howe.
Prior to proceeding with peace negotiations, which we welcome of course with open arms and joy, I must inform you that our government is currently undergoing elections, out of which new president shall emerge. Therefore, I kindly ask you to wait few days for new government to form on our side, so they have legal and legitimate right to conclude such important talks as these.
Rest assured that all candidates for the presidency are much in favor to settle relations and hopefully long term peace between our Republic and your Kingdom. Once elections are complete, we shall contact you right away in order for talks to begin as soon as possible
I am glad to announce you that a new leadership has been elected and the government suffered a drastic re-structure. Right now, the Colonial Bureau of Foreign Affairs and the President are meeting to discuss the impact that this armistice can have on our relations with different groups from the Sirius Sector. We will be back to you soon with an official response.
The time has come to move forward at the conference table toward a resolution of this tragic war. You will find us forthcoming and open-minded in a common effort to bring the blessing of peace to the brave people of our nations. Let history record that at this critical juncture, both sides turned their face toward peace rather than toward conflict and war.
I will personally come to meet your representatives in order to come to an agreement concerning the terms of this Peace Agreement. You will have the honor of choosing the date and place for this meeting to take place, sir.

Good to hear back so quickly from a representative of the Colonial Republic.
Miss Branwen, the Bretonian Parliament is currently in session regarding an incident that has recently occured in the Omega's. As I wish for negotiations between our two Governments to carry forth immediately, I would like to request a proposal laid out front by the Colonial Republic for our Government to discuss. Both parties should present initial proposals and counter proposals until an ultimate decision is reached by both parties before the signing of the peace treaty, to ensure that both delegations are happy with the outcome.
I hope this is acceptable, and I look forward to your response.
Sir Mark Howe, Ambassador to Queen Carina's Faithful Government
