After a few days of debates and stats reviews most of congress seems to be on the same page with this bill. Congress Member Gordon to comment " With everything else that is going on with our nation's fluid economy unless we get some consistency there is no telling what tail spin we will do before we hit bottom." With the majority siding with the bill there is however stipulations that they wish to add onto the bill. Right wing Congress member Nelson explains "We can throw money at anything but doesn't mean anything. We have to regulate spending regulate loans and credit companies. Colorado, not alone, must retain a stricter watch over their spending for the next few years because of how quickly things can change with this ongoing war." Other congress members voiced their opinions about the war and it's effect on the economy giving comments about but not limited too, "Embargo shake down," "Complete disregard for foreign policy," "New International Trade reform" all these subjects brought up with this bill. Everything comes down to the final votes where if this bill is passed part two of the Colorado Restoration plan will then be brought on to capital hill's chopping block.

As it stands now the bill has a high chance of being passed within congress. With nearly all the last votes needed to be against in order to overturn and send this bill back to the drawing boards. The public now gets to see the full extension of this bill and they are more than approving. "Good to see the government taking interest" '€“small time business own in Denver. "I get food, I get a job, I get my life back," Joe who's been unemployed for 3 years. "More work we can do in the inner city the easier it is for us to the jobs," LPI officer. "If this is only the first part of the plan then surely the second part will start to see the true nature of compassion towards the hungry and deprived." All for what's now being called "Mr. Brown's Reform," Or "Brown's deal," however some address concerns with this bill. "Spending more money on those who just sit around doing nothing," esteemed lawyer. "The more money I have to spend the less I am willing to pay! My money should go to things I want. I don't want this," Bishop Glenore. "We have tourist, we have vendors, we have rides and entertainment what else do we need? I see this bill serving none of that." city planner.

Even with the public not meeting eye to eye congress is the final say on this motion. That has been the biggest bill has come to congress in years since the creation separation of the Liberty Police Incorporated. This is not just for Colorado efforts to restore and to build foundation to grow but a message to the Republic. An expert says the importance of this bill gives System governments more control to build programs with resources from the Republic and the Republic's obligation to help each System's government.
Experts too have mentioned that this may stir up more System rights and a smaller central government. System rights to protect their industry and rights to impose individual import export taxes from system to system. This doesn't include taxes coming from other nations. That is still a federal regulated process. And while a tax is a big issue so is the weight of being at war they too blame the lack of sorted regulations on the embargo. This war has aided few industries and hindered the majority. Colorado's proposals have started a awareness that will echo for years to come.
