Dear Kruger,
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the GMG has cut H-fuel shipments to the Rheinland Republic by 19%. This is quite alarming news as this H-fuel is vital to the stability of all Rheinland. In particular the use of H-fuel for our Military is a necessity, one we cannot do without due to actions of the Libertonian aggressors in Hamburg and Bremen. Without the means to propel the Kanzler's glorious ships across the stars, the Republic of Rheinland would find itself in dire straights.
The point is, a shortage of fuel in the time of Rehinland's greatest need is unacceptable.
The Kanzler has seen to it that negotiations are starting with the GMG to regain our needed fuel supplies, but until he can sway them with his righteous reasoning, we are more then ever in need of an alternative source for this vital resource.
Currently, the only alternative immediately available to us happens to be Mannheim Station; a station which happened to be owned and operated by Kruger Minerals.
The Rheinland Reichstag finds itself having a vested interest in this station at present due to the reasons listed above. We would like to inquire about the possibility of increasing production on Mannheim to meet increasing demands for the Military sector in light of this shortage as well as ask that Kruger refrain, for the present, to sell this strategic resource to parties outside the Republic of Rheinland.
We look forward to your reply and hope Kruger is willing to fulfill its patriotic duty to Rheinland in its time of need.
Assistant Regional Director of Commerce for the Frankfurt System,
Guten Tag Herr Olbricht. I have already been informed of this, and Kruger, after much deliberation feels we can meet this requirement.
The main points of contention are the loss of markets abroad. H-Fuel is a very profitable venture, as I am sure you know. A loss of market abroad causes a severe blow to our Company forecasts and creates a gap we will find hard to fill with domestic shipping.
We realise the need of the Vaterland, however, we cannot help you if we break our backbone, hereby I ask that Kruger should be able to retain at least a partial amount of export to other houses, or is compensated monetarily or otherwise to soften the blow. Have a good day.

I was quite excited when Sales Manager Heidrich forwarded this to me, I saw a chance to give back to the vaterland. We have been awaiting a response, but it seems we are waiting in vain. I hope it has not angered the military, but Kruger cannot simply increase performance and decrease sales without monetary compensation. That is asking us to commit suicide. I do have to pay my miners and workers. And I do have to pay for materials, and machines break. This is not a cheap business, even more so the business of creating H-Fuel.
We do want to do our part though. So I am herby releasing 4800 units of H-Fuel from our emergency reserves to be delievered to where ever specified. Along with that shipment Kruger was able to secure 956 Military vehicles, and 3000 Light Arms for defense of the vaterland. These all will be donated to the RM, nothing is needed in return. Just know that Kruger is here to support Rheinland. Awaiting Destination.
As soon as Kruger and the military can come to an agreement Kruger will immediately increase production and start transporting H-Fuel anywhere the RM needs.

As soon as my assistant made me aware that materials were being collected at the Westfalen, I sent all three transports. I just recieved word that all shipments have been unloaded succesffully on the Westfalen. Again that is, 4800 units of H-Fuel, 956 military vehicles, and 3000 light arms. We hope all these help aid in the defense of the vaterland.
