At the beginning I would like to introduce myself. I'm Zoner Pirx Robert, I live on Gran Canaria. I run small trading company. As a result of recent events and coincidences, I set up trading office in Freeport 5. When I came to this station, it was almost abandoned. There were dozens of residents who had nowhere to go. Since then, I try to help them, providing food, water, oxygen and pharmaceuticals and caring about their safety.
We want Freeport 5 to be an independent and neutral port, which maintain good relations with neighbours. Freeport 5 is a small trading post, which has no military forces. We don't want any fights, and any military or assault vessels 2.5k around our station. We do not wish anyone who want to use our station as a base to attack any of our neighbour. Therefore, and because of we have technical problems with the docking terminals, we introduced the docking ban for all warships - gunboats and above. The prohibition does not apply to transport, research, exploration, passenger, medical or small personal vessels.
I established communication with Leon Base, presenting them an offer of cooperation and our policy. It seems, that it was well received. Their ships dock at our Freeport, unfortunately, our ships can not dock to Leon. General prohibition of docking concerns all Zoners ships. Administrator of Leon Base applied to Corsairs Elders for permission to dock to Leon for our ships , but probably he didn't receive a response yet.
I also sent a message to the Red Hessians with an offer of trade cooperation and a request for permission to dock to their bases in Omega. I received a very friendly response, they even attempted to delivery of some necessary goods to the Freeport. It is really important gesture of sympathy. Unfortunately, one transport have been captured by the Corsairs. We will provide them with fuel and other goods they need.
I write all of this to You, because it seems the Freeport 5 has been forgotten by the community of Zoners. The situation around Freeport 5 is currently good, but unstable. We don't know, how long we will manage to keep this illusion of safety. We don't have a view into matters of high politics, into talks with Corsairs Elders, if such are in progress. All knowledge, which we have, are rumors. We don't know, what are Corsairs plans or even Zoners intentions toward Freeport 5.
I want You to remember about this small station, and if things will be going wrong, that You to warn us and to help in evacuation.
I don't have to mention, that Your ships are always welcome in Freeport 5.

Just to inform ya: we have a population there with more than 3700 children of the wheel....and I think most of your techs are bleongs to us... I would laugh out my teeth if you will be able to keep your doors closed from your office when we arrive home with any of our familia vessels. Even if those are conferanciers most of the time...bunn-goatz. Especially when fp5 is one of our main source to store our anti-cap devices.
I have not heard yar name before....neg mey people. But it will change I guarantee. So lets just not say out thingz that loudly okydokie? Or do we wanna do that thingie? Really?

I dont see why do you want to declare that base un-defended-and yours. Whn its neither. You wanna remove the attention from fp11 and move the battle to fp5 or whoot? And why is that?

Otherwise id like to invite you to the bottom floor of fp5 where you seems to not walk often. There is a massive Funeral Ceremony there represented by our people- what means huge amount of mind-alterin' drinks and food. But you already know that if you live there..

We sympathize with your position in Omega-41. Being a mere jump away from the heart of the conflict that holds the Omicrons in a tight grip. What I know is that the conflict in the eyes of the Elders has and still is centered around the Zoners specific to Freeport 9. I don't expect you to feel a great deal of relief from this but it is as it stands. At least as I have interpreted it from the reports that have crossed my desk and the many rumors that come down the trade routes. That said, I am willing to offer my services as a diplomat if needed to address the Corsair Elders if you wish to properly determine their specific intentions toward Freeport 5.
Also, as I have promised to all Zoners in distress out in the edge, we are willing to provide any help you require in terms of food, water, medicine and maintenance of station operations, if it is needed.

Having problems with decoding and understanding of all media from Baffin, I answer the part that is clear to me. Since I'm here, almost from the beginning of the mess with the Corsairs, I hear various conflicting informations from multiple sources. Fortunately, I received a message from Leon Base, when Corsairs intended to deal with Freeport 5, not knowing who's there and what are his intentions. We managed then to mitigate the issue. When the administration of Freeport 5 return, they will have a good position to deal with matters relating to the station directly on the site.
Mr. Xavier Triton, thank you very much for your kindly reply. I am now more calm, knowing that you monitor the situation in the region.
I do my best, working with neighbors to ensure the safety of several dozens of residents of Freeport. I don't want to bother Corsairs Elders, it is better if Senor Fernandes from Base Leon tries it through his channels.
Thank you for your offer of assistance, the people from Freeport 5 will welcome your ships. Not only because of the goods, but above all because of the hope which your presence brings.

No matter what the old Triddeh Xavieh lad seems to say and that he closed his eyes and let ya say it in the name of that whole port: you are not in charge at the top of that place. You can organise some of the business. Talk about zis n that. Even make your own profit or diplomatic steps by doin' so... But there is a lot more than a single man to state something about a freeport. And especially THAT freeport.

From now the bottom level of Fp5 will be declared to Holy Sacred Funeral Grounds of Samsarians. I do not care what do ya do on the upper levels but on the bottom there will be parades till the end of world from now and will be counted as autonome zone-aka freeport for the ones in need. I gave out permissions for usin agression towards anyone who dares to state he is in charge on that level. From today there will our main Funeral Chambers and Detoxication rooms for the perticipants of the Funeral Ceremonys and will keep it thatway till....yall see. NOone keeps those gates closed. Noone states anythin' there. Anyone who is willing to drink and participate in the funeral celebration will be allowed to dock. Even if they sit in a gunboat. Because of the high radiation in system, a far-reaching transmissions are sometimes broken. Your first message was unreadable for me. I didn't understand the passages that I received. Therefore I didn't answer. Second message is in order. I'm sorry about misunderstandings around Freeport 5.
I'm not going to take power over Freeport 5. I'm there because of I received accidentally a message sent by the Corsairs to Freeport 5. There just was no one around communication room. I was afraid that if no reply will be sent, they will invade the station. The further events led me to organize a trade office in Freeport 5. There were a lot of free space, so I took one room.
I didn't check the whole station, I don't know what was there. I didn't know that you and your family are there or were there earlier. I have not seen any records or communications about it. But as I said I didn't check the entire station and I didn't ask people about it. Residents come sometimes to me if they need something - "Robert, you're a businessman, you have contacts, big ships, we need this or that, can you handle that?" etc.. and I do it for them if I can.
There is a lot of free space in Freeport 5. I don't want to interfere in matters of people living there, I'm not the authority, I don't keep records, I care about my business and the people who ask me about it. I am not interested what people do in the station, unless it doesn't have a negative effect on safety of the station and good relations with neighbours.
When legitimate authority will arrive to Freeport, or the inhabitants will establish their own council, I'll stop to deal with politics matters and get back to my little business. If you are the legal authority, just do what you should to do. With great pleasure I will return to Gran Canaria.
Every Zoner is welcome in the Freeport 5. It is free station for all peaceful Zoners.

I have been aboard Freeport 5 for a good many days now. I guess the station administrator has kept his word and kept my presence quiet. I have been here, as I so often do, giving needed medical attention to those on board. My transport is docked station side with a false transponder. It delivered enough food, water, O2 and medicine for the station for a good while. I will depart in a couple of days after I take care of a couple more items of business.

Great news than. Keep up the diplomatic stuff. Mey people are not able to do that since they are mostly fortune-tellerz and simple workers there.
And no- Nobody wanna took the authority over that port. Especially not me.
Speakin in the name of mey people means: representing 'eir will to stay free and to grant the chance to survive. And sometimes pokin arrogant people in the eyes but lets say we cannot do that often wihtout a dada.
So.: only one thing left: do not blame the doors and technicians when you try to find a reason for the blockade or lockdown.
If some angry 'sairs arrive to the station-start shoutin about doors and stuff- possibly beat or kill someone- than die cause of some...unfortunate events: than we will have a lot more serious situation...an escalated one.
So do not give them reason to...die. Than they will not declare war.
And raise a drink on the lost people. The dead zoners who cannot raise a drink for 'eirselves. mey familias on the bottom level will wait ya with open arms- and I am sure if you talk with their elders there, they will stand on yar side in every situation.
Search for prime Jimiano Plastic Oyelele-Kolompos, he is the oldest brahmin there. Possibly he will be able to give you a few tips and inform you about the past events around there. He is wery old and lives on that station for a while...he is not an authority or whatever you called it. He is just... old and has thousands of sons and grandsons around him. If you agree with him I am almost sure that all of the children on that port will call ya lilbossieh or somthin' similar. If thats yar wish it can be solved. Just first discuss with the commoners-especially if you wanna talk in 'eir name. I am sure they will accept you if you can grant them freedom and a chance to survive...

Alright, I will try to search Elder Jimiano Plastic Oyelele-Kolompos, to consult him about significant decisions. Currently I am not going to make any essential change of state of the Station. Next days, maybe weeks I am going to work normally: to bring supplies to the station and to our neighbour from Freital Base, and wait for decision of Corsairs Elders about docking rights to Leon. I will be patrolling space around station too. But for sure I won't lead any military action - ANY.
About door malfunction. Yes there were some accidents - two people were injured, and yes, I took it as a reason to ban warships. But after that I talked with Corsairs about this ban and they agreed that it should be permanent. I am sure all our neighbours understand this and accept. Of course residents of the station have rights to use their big ships. It is free station. For our common wealth, they should try to not annoy Corsairs. We are 8k from Gamma JH.
